Ideas for teaching matrices, transformations and vectors

Dr Chris Saker

11:45 - 12:45 Saturday 1st July

A level Mathematics / Further Mathematics OCR(MEI) and A level Mathematics / Further Mathematics

This session will include numerous simple ideas for teaching matrices, transformations and vectors. In particular, we'll look at taking a joined up approach between algebraic and geometric properties of matrices, transformations and vectors, often supported by the use of technology. The session will also include applications.
